Getting Started

Basics

On January 31, I will start p90x with several goals. At the end of 2009, I ran the NYC Marathon in 3:24. I want to run the 2011 NYC Marathon under 3:15. I believe strength training will help this. Despite running so much, I have a bit of a belly and I want to get rid of that. The key issue here is the diet, so I will chronicle everything I eat on a daily basis.

Tools

p90x videos, dumbbells, pull-up bar, creatine, protein powder, resistance bands, and food. Beyond that, I think I am good.
